Jake was so easy to deal with - he answered his phone first go, sit me in the same day and stayed in touch when his previous job finished. He got all my little jobs done and I felt the price was reasonable for a great job. Thanks Jake! Will definitely call you for future plumbing needs.

Jake came by to fix a leaky tap and shower head at our place. He arrived right on time and got everything sorted quickly. What really stood out was how clearly he explained what the issue was and how he was going to fix it - super professional and easy to deal with. Couldn’t recommend him more. Thanks again, Jake!

Jake Stone of Agate Plumbing did a very professional job of fixing our burst pipe. He showed a lot of empathy for our situation and was prompt, diligent and efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others. Jake, thank you.

We’ve just had our ensuite bathroom renovated, and I couldn’t be more impressed! It’s incredibly refreshing to see a tradesman like Jake who takes such genuine pride in every aspect of his craft. From the initial repiping stage through to the final fit-out, every step was meticulous and tidy. He was also so professional and didn’t shy away from the tough bits of the job. Cannot wait to have him back to reno my other bathroom. Highly recommend!

Jake has completed the replacememt of our hot water system and recommended an Istore heat pump. The whole process from initial discussion, quote, completion of task was seamless and we would definitely recommend Agate Plumbing and Gas for any plumbing work needed to be done.

This is the second time we have used the company - and happy to give 5 stars for both services.

For me it was one of the best experiences with a tradies in the last 10 years. AAA (Absolutely Amazing Agate) rating for sure.

The arrival time is spot on, the work is top notched; Jake started to locate the leak but after 1 hr he suggested to call a specialist to locate the gas leak to save time and money. Jake organised with the gas detection guy. Once the leak was detected, the two tradesman communicated and due to the nature of the leak, our gas had to be isolated for safety reason. Jake was kind enough to reschedule and came within 8 hrs later to complete the repair. The work before and after was very satisfying. The pricing was lower than I expected.

I am so happy with the work that I asked if Jake could change out our current hot water system; which is about 15 years old.

Thank you once again for the emergency work carried out.

A great experience with Jake and would highly recommend. Had a water leak and contacted him on a public holiday via his online form to secure an appointment for the next working day. He rang that day and organised a time. This was followed up by written confirmation and on the day when he was delayed at a job contact again by text with his estimate time of arrival. How refreshing! Jake certainly knows his trade and fixed the problem where another plumber couldn't and was very helpful with other minor plumbing issues. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending Agate Plumbing and Jake is now my go to for all plumbing and gas needs.
